Every prayer request is received with care, compassion, faith, and confidentiality where appropriate.

Salvation & Becoming a Christian

Becoming a Christian starts with faith in Jesus Christ. It means believing that Jesus is the Son of God, that He died for your sins, rose again, and offers forgiveness, salvation, peace, and eternal life to all who trust in Him.

Jesus Himself said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me." — John 14:6 (KJV).

The Bible also says, "For by grace are ye saved through faith… it is the gift of God." — Ephesians 2:8 (KJV). Salvation is not earned by good works but received by God's grace through faith.

At Christ Glory Family, we would be honoured to help you begin your new life in Christ. Visit our Salvation page or contact us today.

Congratulations on receiving Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour. This is the greatest decision you can make. Jesus said, "I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly." — John 10:10 (KJV).

Start with prayer — speak to God honestly, thank Him, and bring every need before Him. Next, begin reading the Bible daily. A good place to start is the book of John or Luke. "So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God." — Romans 10:17 (KJV).

It is also important to join a Bible-believing church where you can worship, receive sound teaching, and grow with other believers. You may also take your next biblical steps through water baptism, discipleship, and regular fellowship.

At Christ Glory Family, we would be delighted to help you grow. Visit ChristGloryFamily.org to connect with us.

You can know you are truly saved by putting your trust in Jesus Christ and His finished work on the cross — not in changing emotions or uncertain feelings. God wants believers to live with assurance.

"These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life." — 1 John 5:13 (KJV)

If you have genuinely repented, believed the Gospel, and received Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour, you can rest on God's promise. The Holy Spirit often confirms this new life by producing spiritual fruit — love for God, desire for prayer, hunger for Scripture, and love for others.

If you would like help with assurance of salvation, please contact us.

Salvation is the gift of God, received by grace through faith in Jesus Christ. The Bible says, "For by grace are ye saved through faith… it is the gift of God." — Ephesians 2:8–9 (KJV)

Scripture also makes clear that genuine faith perseveres. Our Lord Jesus Christ said, "He that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved." — Matthew 24:13 (KJV).

Believers are not saved by perfection. Christians may stumble or fall into sin, yet when they repent and return to God, He is merciful and ready to restore: "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins." — 1 John 1:9 (KJV)

The right focus is not fear, but faithful perseverance in Jesus Christ. If you are concerned, we invite you to contact us for prayer and support.

Baptism & Spiritual Growth

Yes. At Christ Glory Family, we warmly welcome you to study the Word with us or join our cell groups, prayer meetings, and fellowship gatherings. These are designed to help you know Jesus Christ, understand the Bible, grow in faith, and build a strong relationship with God.

Whether you are new to Christianity, returning to church, or seeking deeper spiritual growth, there is a place for you here. Jesus said, "Go ye therefore, and teach all nations…" — Matthew 28:19 (KJV).

We invite you to join a cell group or prayer meetings and grow in Christ with us. For details, please contact us.

Christian baptism is an important step of obedience, faith, and public declaration that you belong to Jesus Christ. It is an outward sign of the inward change God has already begun in your life through salvation.

However, the Bible teaches clearly that salvation comes through faith in Christ, not through religious rituals: "For by grace are ye saved through faith… not of works." — Ephesians 2:8–9 (KJV)

Baptism follows salvation. It is a joyful response to God's love and new life. "We are buried with him by baptism into death… even so we also should walk in newness of life." — Romans 6:4 (KJV)

Baptism does not save you — Jesus Christ saves you. Yet if you have truly trusted Him, baptism is the biblical next step and a joyful testimony of your new life in Him.

We would be honoured to help you take this joyful next step in your Christian faith. Water baptism is a public declaration that you have believed in Jesus Christ and chosen to follow Him wholeheartedly.

Jesus said, "Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptising them…" — Matthew 28:19 (KJV)

To arrange baptism at Christ Glory Family, please contact us through our website or speak with one of our leaders during a service. We will walk with you every step of the way.

Start simply, start consistently, and start with Jesus Christ. If you are new to the Bible or feel overwhelmed, begin with the Gospel of John. There you will discover who Jesus is, His love, His power, and His gift of eternal life.

Jesus said, "Search the scriptures… they are they which testify of me." — John 5:39 (KJV).

Rather than trying to read the whole Bible at once, read a small portion each day. Pray for understanding and ask the Holy Spirit to open your heart. Keep a notebook for verses, questions, and lessons you learn.

"Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path." — Psalm 119:105 (KJV)

At Christ Glory Family, we would be delighted to help you grow in faith and confidence in God's Word.

Prayer is simply speaking with God through faith in Jesus Christ. You do not need perfect words, religious formulas, or special language. Come to God sincerely as your Heavenly Father — praising Him, thanking Him, confessing your sins, and bringing your needs before Him.

Jesus Christ gave this clear promise: "What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them." — Mark 11:24 (KJV).

The Bible says: "And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us." — 1 John 5:14 (KJV).

God listens, cares, and responds with wisdom, love, and perfect timing. If you would like personal prayer support, you are warmly welcome to contact us.

Growing spiritually while struggling with sin is a common question for many Christians. The good news is this: your struggle does not mean God has rejected you. Often, it is evidence that the Holy Spirit is working in your heart, convicting you, shaping you, and drawing you closer to Jesus Christ.

Jesus said, "Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled." — Matthew 5:6 (KJV)

As you continue in prayer, worship, repentance, and reading the Bible, the Lord renews your mind, strengthens your heart, and changes your habits over time. Scripture says, "Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh." — Galatians 5:16 (KJV)

And with great assurance: "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." — 1 John 1:9 (KJV)

At Christ Glory Family, we would be honoured to help you grow in faith, healing, and freedom. If you would like prayer or personal support, please contact us.

Joining a small group or cell group at Christ Glory Family is a powerful way to grow in your Christian faith, build genuine friendships, and stay encouraged in your walk with Jesus Christ.

Jesus said, "For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them." — Matthew 18:20 (KJV).

Joining is simple and open to everyone. You can speak with our welcome team at any church service or contact us online. We will gladly help you find the right group based on your location and availability.

We warmly welcome people who would like to volunteer at church and serve God. At Christ Glory Family, serving is a meaningful way to honour the Lord Jesus Christ, use your gifts, and become part of a loving Christian family.

Jesus said, "For even the Son of man came not to be ministered unto, but to minister, and to give his life a ransom for many." — Mark 10:45 (KJV)

There are many volunteer opportunities including welcome team, hospitality, worship, media, prayer support, outreach, youth ministry, events, and community service.

The Bible says, "As every man hath received the gift, even so minister the same one to another…" — 1 Peter 4:10 (KJV)

If you would like to join a volunteer team, please speak with our team during a service or contact us through our website. Please note that some roles may require appropriate safeguarding checks.

Giving, Tithing & Finance

You can give securely to Christ Glory Family online through our Giving Page at ChristGloryFamily.org/giving or via PayPal at paypal.me/ChristGloryFamily. You are also warmly welcome to give during any of our church services.

Your tithes, offerings, donations, and seeds help support Gospel outreach, Bible teaching, discipleship, missions, church growth, and community care through our Golden Hand Ministry.

Jesus said, "It is more blessed to give than to receive." — Acts 20:35 (KJV). Likewise, Scripture reminds us, "God loveth a cheerful giver." — 2 Corinthians 9:7 (KJV).

Thank you for partnering with Christ Glory Family to spread hope, transform lives, and advance the Gospel.

Tax relief on donations depends on your country, local tax laws, and the charitable status of the organisation receiving your gift. In the UK, this may include Gift Aid, while other countries may have different rules for tax-deductible charitable donations.

If you would like to give to Christ Glory Family, we warmly encourage you to contact us before donating. We will gladly provide guidance on available giving options and any information we can regarding eligibility.

As Scripture says, "God loveth a cheerful giver." — 2 Corinthians 9:7 (KJV).

Many Christians practise tithing 10% as a biblical principle and a practical starting point for putting God first. Our Lord Jesus Christ affirmed tithing while also emphasising that it should be joined with justice, mercy, and faithfulness.

The New Testament makes clear that Christian giving should never be driven by pressure, fear, or legalism. Rather, it should flow from love, gratitude, and faith: "God loveth a cheerful giver." — 2 Corinthians 9:7 (KJV)

The Bible also teaches wise money management — budgeting carefully, avoiding unnecessary debt, providing for your family, helping people in need, and supporting the work of the Gospel. Whether you begin with 10% or another prayerful amount, give consistently, joyfully, and as the Lord leads you. Giving is worship, not a transaction.

Bible Questions & Christian Beliefs

The meaning of life according to the Bible is to know God, love Him, glorify Him, and walk in His purpose through Jesus Christ. You were not created by accident. God made you with purpose, value, and eternal significance.

Jesus Christ said: "I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly." — John 10:10 (KJV)

The Bible also says: "Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man." — Ecclesiastes 12:13 (KJV)

Through Jesus Christ, you can receive forgiveness, guidance, hope, and eternal life. If you are searching for meaning, we warmly invite you to connect with Christ Glory Family for prayer, biblical guidance, and encouragement.

Suffering is one of the most deeply felt questions in life. The Bible is honest that we live in a fallen world affected by sin and suffering. Yet God is not absent or indifferent. He sees every tear, knows every burden, and draws near to those who call on Him.

Most powerfully, God entered human suffering through Jesus Christ — He experienced rejection, grief, betrayal, pain, and the cross. Therefore, He understands human sorrow completely and offers mercy, healing, salvation, and everlasting hope.

Jesus invites: "Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest." — Matthew 11:28 (KJV).

"And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God." — Romans 8:28 (KJV). God can bring purpose, restoration, and testimony even from difficult circumstances.

If you are facing a difficult season, we would be honoured to pray with you. Request prayer support today.

Jesus Christ is far more than a prophet, teacher, or historical figure. According to the Bible, He is the Son of God, the promised Messiah, Lord and Saviour, and the only way to salvation, eternal life, and true peace.

Jesus Himself declared: "I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me." — John 14:6 (KJV).

The Scriptures also proclaim: "And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us…" — John 1:14 (KJV). God came near to us in Jesus Christ, showing His love, grace, truth, and power in human form.

Jesus is still changing lives today — bringing healing, hope, freedom, and restoration through faith and the power of the Holy Spirit.

Jesus died on the cross for us to save us from sin, bring forgiveness, and restore our relationship with God. The cross was not a defeat — it was God's loving plan of salvation for the world.

Sin separates people from God, and its penalty is death. Yet God, in His mercy and love, sent His Son, Jesus Christ, to take our place. "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son…" — John 3:16 (KJV)

Through His sacrifice, anyone who believes in Him can receive eternal life, peace with God, and a fresh start. Most importantly, the story did not end at the cross. Jesus rose again in victory over sin and death, offering living hope to all who trust Him.

Repentance in Christianity means turning away from sin and turning to God through faith in Jesus Christ. It is more than feeling guilty or sorry. True repentance is a sincere change of heart, mind, and direction that leads to a changed life.

Jesus Christ began His message with this clear call: "Repent ye, and believe the gospel." — Mark 1:15 (KJV).

"Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out." — Acts 3:19 (KJV). Repentance opens the door to cleansing, spiritual renewal, and peace with God.

If you feel far from God, repentance is the way back. You can begin today: speak honestly to God, confess your sins, ask for forgiveness, and trust Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour. He is ready to receive you.

The Holy Spirit is not merely a force or influence. He is the living Spirit of God — the third Person of the Trinity — fully God, eternal, holy, and active in the life of every believer.

Jesus said, "But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost… he shall teach you all things." — John 14:26 (KJV).

To be filled with the Holy Spirit means to be empowered, guided, and controlled by the Spirit of God so that a believer lives in obedience to Jesus Christ. Jesus declared, "Ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you." — Acts 1:8 (KJV).

As you walk with Him, He produces spiritual fruit in your life: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control (Galatians 5:22–23).

Joining a church matters because following Jesus Christ was never meant to be a lonely journey. God calls believers to grow together in Christian fellowship, worship, prayer, Bible teaching, encouragement, and spiritual growth.

"Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together…" — Hebrews 10:25 (KJV)

If you have been hurt by church before, your pain matters and should be taken seriously. Yet the failures of people do not reflect the perfect love, truth, and mercy of Jesus Christ. Our Lord said, "Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest." — Matthew 11:28 (KJV).

At Christ Glory Family, you are warmly welcome. Whether you are searching for God, returning to church, or recovering from past hurt, there is room for you, hope for you, and a place to grow in Christ.

No. Christianity is not against science. Many Christians see science as a valuable way to study the beauty, order, and complexity of God's creation. Science can help explain how the world works, while faith helps answer deeper questions such as why we exist and what our purpose is.

"The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handywork." — Psalm 19:1 (KJV).

When it comes to origins, true believers are united on this central truth: God is the Creator and source of life. "In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth." — Genesis 1:1 (KJV).

The heart of Christianity is centred on Jesus Christ — His life, death, and resurrection. Many compelling evidences support the Christian faith, including historical evidence for the resurrection, fulfilled biblical prophecy, and lives transformed through the power of Christ.

Many Christian denominations exist because believers have differed over time on secondary matters such as church leadership, worship style, and traditions. However, the most important truth is that genuine Christians are united in Jesus Christ, the authority of the Bible, and a living relationship with God.

When choosing a church, seek a Bible-believing, Christ-centred church where the Gospel is clearly preached, prayer is valued, love is genuine, and spiritual growth is encouraged.

Jesus Christ said: "By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another." — John 13:35 (KJV)

At Christ Glory Family, we warmly welcome everyone seeking truth, hope, and a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ.

Christians believe Jesus is the only way to God because this is what Jesus Himself clearly taught. It is not a message of arrogance or exclusion, but a message of God's love, salvation, and hope for every person.

Jesus declared: "I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me." — John 14:6 (KJV).

The Bible also says: "Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved." — Acts 4:12 (KJV).

The Christian message is not about shutting people out — it is about opening the door to everyone through Christ. Whoever comes to Him in faith can receive grace, mercy, healing, and eternal life.

The Bible teaches that death is not the end. After this life, every person will stand before God. "It is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment." — Hebrews 9:27 (KJV).

For those who trust in Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour, there is the promise of eternal life, peace, and everlasting joy in God's presence. Jesus declared, "I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live." — John 11:25 (KJV).

Life is precious. Your choices matter. Eternity matters. The Lord lovingly calls each person to repent, believe, and receive His gift of eternal life.

If you are seeking peace about life after death, turn to Jesus Christ today. Christ Glory Family would be honoured to help you take that next step in your journey with God.

Christians are called to respond to LGBTQ questions with truth, love, wisdom, compassion, and boldness. Our example is Jesus Christ, who never compromised truth, yet always showed mercy, dignity, and genuine care to people.

Ephesians 4:15 (KJV) says, "Speaking the truth in love." Likewise, Jesus Christ said, "Love one another; as I have loved you." — John 13:34 (KJV).

At Christ Glory Family, everyone is welcome to hear the Word of God, receive prayer, and encounter the transforming love of Jesus Christ. We believe no one is beyond His mercy, forgiveness, or power to change lives.

Truth without love can wound, and love without truth can mislead. The way of Christ is grace and truth together.

Sex is a good gift from God, created for love, faithfulness, and unity within marriage. The Bible honours marriage as the right place for sexual intimacy. Christianity does not see sex as shameful, but as valuable, holy, and designed by God for good.

Pornography distorts God's design and can harm relationships, damage the mind, and draw the heart away from genuine love and peace. The good news is that through Jesus Christ there is forgiveness, healing, and real transformation.

Jesus said, "If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed." — John 8:36 (KJV).

If you desire freedom and purity, begin today with practical steps: remove triggers, set healthy boundaries, seek accountability, renew your mind with God's Word, and speak with a trusted Christian leader. If you would like prayer or support, please contact us.

The Bible makes it clear that God deeply cares about your mind, heart, and wellbeing. If you are facing anxiety, depression, stress, fear, or emotional exhaustion, the Lord sees you, loves you, and invites you to come to Him.

Jesus said, "Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest." — Matthew 11:28 (KJV)

Mental health struggles are not automatically a sign of weak faith. The Bible encourages us to bring our burdens to God: "Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you." — 1 Peter 5:7 (KJV)

Seeking help through pastoral care, Christian counselling, therapy, or medical support can be wise and responsible. You do not need to suffer in silence. At Christ Glory Family, we warmly invite you to contact us for prayer and encouragement.

Christians hold different Bible-based views on whether women can be pastors or preach in church. Faithful believers seek to honour God's Word, follow sound doctrine, and remain united in the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

The Bible clearly shows that God uses women powerfully in ministry. Deborah led with wisdom, Priscilla helped teach truth, and Phoebe served the church faithfully. After His resurrection, women were among the first witnesses of the risen Christ.

At Christ Glory Family, we encourage every believer — male and female — to grow in faith, study Scripture prayerfully, develop their spiritual gifts, and serve the Lord wholeheartedly.

If you are exploring this question, speak with trusted church leaders, search the Scriptures, and seek the guidance of the Holy Spirit. God calls all believers to serve faithfully and advance the Gospel together.

End Times & Jesus's Return

The Bible clearly teaches that Jesus Christ will return again. For believers, this is not a message of fear, but a message of hope, victory, and readiness.

Jesus Himself said, "But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only." — Matthew 24:36 (KJV). This means no person knows the exact time of His return. Our focus should be living faithfully and being spiritually prepared each day, not panic or date-setting.

The return of Christ is also a promise of comfort: "The Lord himself shall descend from heaven… and so shall we ever be with the Lord." — 1 Thessalonians 4:16–17 (KJV).

Many Christians believe we are living in the final era described in Scripture. The most important question is not when He returns, but: are we ready? Live ready. Stay in prayer. Read God's Word. Walk closely with Christ today.

"Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ." — Titus 2:13 (KJV)

Relationships, Forgiveness & Healing

Forgiving someone who hurt you deeply can feel overwhelming. Yet through Jesus Christ, forgiveness becomes possible. Biblical forgiveness does not mean pretending the pain never happened, excusing sin, or allowing continued harm. Rather, it means placing justice in God's hands, releasing bitterness, and allowing Him to heal your heart.

Jesus calls us to forgive because we ourselves have received mercy: "For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you." — Matthew 6:14 (KJV)

The Bible also says, "Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger… be put away from you… forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you." — Ephesians 4:31–32 (KJV)

Sometimes forgiveness is a journey rather than a single moment. A simple prayer: "Lord Jesus, I have been deeply hurt. Give me grace to forgive, heal my heart, and fill me with Your peace. Lead me into freedom. Amen."

At Christ Glory Family, we believe God heals broken hearts and restores peace. If you would like prayer or Christian guidance, please contact us.
